I think that one of the expansions will fix the endings that are pretty much bad for me (too short, to many plot holes that are left empty etc) and i guess that we won't see a canonical one. Like with GTA the new game = completely new story Well this game is not gonna get a sequel in next +-10 years (because witcher 4 is already in production) so i guess that sequel to this game (if we ever see one) will not include V at all. I mean for DLC/gameplay purposes sure the blue eyed man could still approach you after any of the endings so the casino ending isn't forced on you, but for potential canon I think the casino mission makes the most sense as their 'main' story.
The nomad ending is kinda hopeful but they don't have the tech, resources and clout to actually save your body either.
Plus they've already proved they're incapable of saving you completely. They wouldn't want you to steal from it, or need you to investigate it. Plus doesn't Arasaka have something to do with the casino? Like the security or an ownership stake in it or something.
You fulfilled your purpose of bringing back the biochip so they can resurrect Saburo and in your broken mental/physical state you aren't of any use to them as a special agent. Arasaka doesn't care about you anymore in their ending. Only the blue eyed man way would make sense, at least in my mind obviously, of giving you hope of saving your body in the future.
