Should the parts distributor provide new Gaming Equipment or original Cash Handling Equipment then they SHALL apply and be licensed as a Gaming Vendor under these regulations. This exemption from the Gaming Vendor category precludes a parts distributor from selling Gaming Equipment. Vendors who are parts distributors that only provide repair parts for Gaming Equipment or Cash Handling Equipment SHALL BE classified as either a Minor or Major Vendor depending upon the revenue thresholds contained therein. Other Vendors who are a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, provides service or repair of other devices utilized in conjunction with Gaming Activities that have been determined by the Executive Director of the Cherokee Tribal Gaming Commission as warranting a Gaming Vendor classification for purposes of license in the jurisdiction.
